Are you passionate about events and excited to help create unforgettable awards experiences? Join us as an event executive across our awards portfolio and play a key role in delivering some of the most respected awards that recognise excellence across multiple sectors. From the moment entries open to the live event itself, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests, judges, and partners. If you thrive on working with people, stay calm under pressure, and want to develop your skills in a supportive, hands-on team, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

As an Event Executive, you will:

      • Assist senior event managers with day to day operational tasks that keep each awards project running smoothly.
      • Update content and maintain accurate information on the entry platform.
      • Coordinate judge recruitment, invitations, and communications.
      • Track entries and produce weekly reports for the team.
      • Organise virtual judging sessions and manage communication with shortlisted organisations.
      • Prepare and manage judging packs, making sure all materials are complete and on time.
      • Oversee guest lists and liaise with venues to support logistics.
      • Support signage, design, and content creation for live events.
      • Take an active role in event setup and guest management on the day.
      • Assist with post event tasks, including feedback and debriefs.
      • Attend and support other Mark Allen Group events when required.

      What we’re looking for

      Must-haves:

      • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
      • Clear and confident communication, written and verbal, with a collaborative approach.
      • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and comfort working to timelines.
      • Alignment with our values of being passionate, creative, fair, and nurturing.

      Nice-to-haves:

      • Previous experience in events, awards, or operational administration.
      • Familiarity with platforms for entries, judging, or project coordination.
      • Experience supporting live events or working with venues.

If you don’t tick every box but bring transferable skills and fresh thinking, we’d still love to hear from you.

      Why join us?

      • Access tailored mentorship, training, and development opportunities.
      • Contribute to initiatives that shape industries and audiences.
      • Thrive in a culture rooted in passion, creativity, fairness, and growth.

      How to apply

      • Upload your application.
      • Include a short video introduction (optional).
      • Provide a recommendation/reference (optional).

Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
