What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field
- At least one year of clinical research experience or relevant direct industry experience
- Ability to travel nationwide for site visits
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience monitoring clinical trials or working as a study coordinator or clinician in hematology/oncology
- Familiarity with various cancer indications, including solid tumors and hematological malignancies
- Additional certifications in clinical research or related fields
