What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects to book appointments
- Follow proven scripts and processes to secure appointments effectively
- Log every call and interaction accurately in the employer's CRM
- Overcome objections and consistently maintain a high conversion rate
- Commit to at least 35 hours of work weekly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment setting experience
- Proven confidence in handling objections and excellent communication skills
- Must reside and work in the United States
- Reliable home office setup and a strong internet connection
- Ability to commit to steady weekly hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in booking appointments specifically for estate and asset protection planning
- Track record of high conversion rates in appointment setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems for logging calls and interactions
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
