      Job Description

      We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As an F&B Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

      • Supervise, plan, and coordinate all activities of the F&B team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
      • Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks
      • Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally
      • Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and organizational profitability
      • Motivate, train, and develop staff to promote teamwork and maintain high performance standards
      • Establish and maintain seamless coordination with other departments to maximize productivity and guest service
      • Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
      • Analyze F&B operations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
      • Participate in menu planning and pricing strategies to optimize revenue
      • Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
      • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
      • Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
      • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu planning, and cost control
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
      • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
      • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
      • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
      • Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred
      • Knowledge of local food and beverage trends in Mumbai and India
