What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage non-technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Oversee and evolve global facilities programs
- Lead capital expense planning, tracking, and governance across global facilities management operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Real Estate, HR, Finance, IT, and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, project management, or business operations
- Experience with capital expense planning, financial tracking, and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management concepts and exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, operations, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a global facilities environment with diverse service delivery models
- Certification from a recognized facilities management organization (e.g., IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
