      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide disease state and product education to the Rett community, including patients and caregivers, through various communication formats
      - Assess individual needs of patients and caregivers, serving as a continuous resource throughout their healthcare journey
      - Collaborate with internal partners across multiple functions to support educational initiatives and patient engagement strategies
      - Lead and present caregiver speaker programs and attend community events as needed
      - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while representing the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences; advanced degrees such as RN, MSN, or MBA are a plus
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with at least 2 years in Patient Support, Education, or Leadership roles
      - For Senior Family Support Educator, at least 7 years of experience with extensive expertise in Patient Engagement and 4 years in Patient Support or Education
      - Strong understanding of Rare Disease, product launch, and patient advocacy
      - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in patient and caregiver education
      - Background in account management and advocacy
      - Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
      - Experience working with healthcare provider offices or similar pharmaceutical support programs
      - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members
