      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deploy, configure, and test products in both Ribbon and customer environments
      - Develop and automate processes for software deployment and system failure mitigation
      - Work closely with Federal customers and internal teams to ensure successful product introductions
      - Quickly learn and apply new skills to address customer challenges
      - Travel at least 50% of the time to customer sites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
      - U.S. Federal Security Clearance – Secret Level Required
      - DoD 8570/8140 certification
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with virtualization and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
      - Strong understanding of IP network architecture, SIP protocols, and scripting knowledge (Ansible/Python or equivalent)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Ribbon/Genband/Sonus applications such as Application Server, EMS/RAMP, and SBC
      - Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion while understanding escalation points
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Solid written and verbal communication skills with a history of collaboration across teams
