What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to employer products
- Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital environments
- Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers
- Communicate highly technical information clearly and effectively during fast-paced procedures
- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's Degree in nursing or clinical required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a medical device clinical capacity or cath lab
- Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology
- Strong clinical acumen is required
- Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the sales process is a plus
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems
- Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
