      Job Description

      What You'll Do

      As a Field Project Manager, Construction Operations, you'll spearhead Renovation Management efforts across key markets in Northern California and Western U.S. In this role, you will:
      • Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching-be the face of Altisource in your region.
      • Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and "clean, safe & functional" standards.
      • Manage bidding and estimating using the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies.
      • Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment.
      • Guide the full project lifecycle-from awarded scope through completion-maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs.
      • Oversee procurement and approval activities in collaboration with contractors and internal teams.
      • Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership.


      Qualifications

      What You Bring

      You will thrive in this role if you have:
      • 10+ years of REO/REIT construction experience, including scope creation, bidding/estimating, project management, contractor onboarding, and execution.
      • Strong background in single-family construction, remodeling, and national/state-level project management.
      • Advanced construction knowledge, excellent decision-making skills, strong organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
      • Proficiency with MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and related tools.
      • A reliable personal vehicle (monthly vehicle allowance provided), valid driver's license, and compliant insurance.
      • Residence in the Western half of the U.S. and the ability to travel up to 80%.
