What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct professional and compelling sales presentations in customers' homes
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored product recommendations
- Prepare and present customized price quotes, warranty information, and financing options
- Proactively solicit and acquire new customers inside assigned stores and during industry events
- Maintain relationships with store management and educate associates on product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous related work experience
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
- Ability to stand or walk continuously and lift moderate weight (8-20 pounds)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
- Experience in the home improvement industry
- Successful lead generation experience
- Proficient with computer applications and technology (email, iPad, apps, etc.)
