What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by managing and expanding sales within existing accounts and proactively seeking new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including dispensary managers and budtenders
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Managers and retail partners to implement sales-driving activities and promotional programs
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, strategy development, and performance measurement
- Oversee daily interactions with retailers and manage all relevant activities within the Salesforce platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility
- 2+ years of experience in the cannabis industry preferred
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
