What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define critical markets and develop key relationships in the assigned sales territory
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to drive design opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services
- Prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to strategic accounts
- Articulate and execute complex sales strategies for assigned accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of field sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
- Proven ability to prepare and lead regular business reviews with major customers
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems, such as SalesForce.com and Oracle

- Recent industry experience in the assigned market or territory
- Ability to promote and sell the value of supply chain and full life cycle programs
