      Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be

      If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

      • High School Diploma or GED required
      • 60 hours or more of college coursework
      • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
        • (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
      • Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
      • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
      • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

      Responsibilities:

      As a Field Supervisor, you will:

      • Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
      • Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
      • Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
      • Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
      • Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
