What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the collection and organization of due diligence materials from agents
- Conduct sub-market location research to identify economic drivers and leasing trends
- Analyze property financial statements and provide recommendations on underwriting assumptions
- Build and maintain institutional-level financial models using Microsoft Excel
- Present analyses and financial models clearly to management and sales agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience, including brokerage, lending, appraisals, development, or acquisitions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- Understanding of financial principles related to real estate assets
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Exposure to hospitality assets
- Familiarity with resources such as Costar and Smith Travel Research (STR)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
