- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12-15+ years of experience in IT project/program management within fintech, BFSI, payments, or digital platforms.
- Strong technical background (hands-on past experience in development, architecture, or integrations preferred).
- Expertise in software delivery models: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall hybrid.
- Strong understanding of fintech domains such as payments, core banking, digital channels, lending, or financial compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing multimillion-dollar technical programs.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe.
- Experience across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), API gateways, microservices, DevOps toolchains.
- Hands-on understanding of information security, regulatory compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise PM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, or Planview.
- A blend of leadership, technical competence, and strategic execution capability.
- Ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced fintech environments.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
