Job Description

- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.
- Mobile patrol

- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Previous security experience highly preferred.
- Active NJ SORA license or the ability to obtain one, valid driver's license, and open availability is required for this position.
Security Officer
Flex Security Officer – Part TimeLocation: Multiple locations throughout South Jersey- surrounding the Marlton, NJ area.
Schedule: Hours, days, and locations will vary weekly based upon business needs. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST.
Rate: $19.00/HR

Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, help safeguard people, property, and information. Our flex officers provide fill-in coverage at our client sites in the south Jersey area.
