      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, prepare, and format various legal documents, including memoranda and deeds
      - Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail and manage correspondence with clients and outside parties
      - Maintain and update the firm's internal case management system and client systems
      - Provide exceptional customer service and support to attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
      - Review title reports and assist with the management of closed and active files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum associate degree, Paralegal Certificate, or at least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - High-level proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with case/document management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a default law firm setting
      - Knowledge of the legal process surrounding foreclosure
      - Experience with reviewing title reports and identifying chain of title issues
      - Proficiency in client systems such as ICE/BKFS, Clairfire, or Tempo
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
