What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct forensic collections of electronically stored information (ESI) from various devices and platforms
- Ensure integrity and defensibility of all collections through proper chain-of-custody and documentation
- Use industry-standard tools for digital evidence collection and analysis
- Interface with clients to schedule and conduct collections with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and review staff to support litigation and investigation workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital forensics or data collection in a litigation or investigation context
- Working knowledge of digital forensic tools such as Cellebrite, Axiom, and others
- Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows and legal chain-of-custody requirements
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive/confidential data with care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as CFCE, CCE, EnCE, ACE, or CCME
- Experience with Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms
- Comfort collecting from Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, or other enterprise data sources
- Scripting or automation experience with tools like PowerShell or Python
