What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information from the fraud detection system
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts
- Assist with the completion of lost/stolen reports and block compromised accounts
- Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
- Availability to be on camera during training and other required times
- Must have a wired internet connection close to the workstation
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions and established procedures under close supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment or customer service role
- Basic knowledge of fraud detection and prevention techniques
- Familiarity with financial services or fintech industry practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
