      The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for you as a Front Desk Manager!

      What are my responsibilities?

      As a Front Desk Manager, you assist Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. You will oversee all property operations during the day and overnight shifts. You will be responsible for guest and employee satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. You train, motivate and coach your team and you serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors. You provide guidance and feedback to help individuals develop and strengthen skills and abilities needed to accomplish work objectives.

      To be eligible for this position you…

      • Have a bachelor degree in Hotel Management or related major.
      • Have international working experience in hotel industry.
      • Are fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
      • Flexible to work morning, evening and night shifts.
