      Job Title: GIS Technician

      Job Description

      We are seeking a Civil/GIS Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with the GIS department to service utility accounts. The successful candidate will gather mapping information from the field and input it into a database for utilities. You will collaborate with both internal team members and utility employees to maintain the ArcGIS database.

      Responsibilities

      • Collect and input mapping information from the field into a database for utilities.
      • Maintain and update the ArcGIS database in collaboration with team members and utility employees.
      • Work with internal employees and utility employees to ensure accurate data management.

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency in GIS and ArcGIS.
      • Knowledge of drafting, pipeline, natural gas, and wastewater systems.
      • Experience in utilities design and geospatial data.
      • Strong background in geography, graphics, cartography, and modeling.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Degree in related field
      • Completion of at least three GIS-related courses with a minimum grade of a B.
      • Experience with GIS is highly desirable.

      This is a Permanent position based out of MILWAUKEE, WI.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
