What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the administration of global assignments across the full assignment lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business groups and prepare international assignment documentation.
- Assist with immigration and compliance requirements, including visas and work permits.
- Maintain accurate global mobility data and support process improvements.
- Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in international HR or global mobility.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting expatriates or international assignees.
- Familiarity with relocation and immigration vendors.
- Exposure to global mobility compliance concepts.
