- Support the administration of global assignments across the full assignment lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on global mobility programs, policies, and procedures, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Assist with assignment pricing elements such as allowances and incentives in accordance with established policies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business groups.
- Prepare and maintain international assignment documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
- Support development of training materials and informational resources.
- Support immigration and entry requirements including visas, work permits, residency, and SOFA processes.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and host-country statutory requirements.
- Identify and escalate compliance or policy concerns as needed.
- Perform expatriate administration activities including relocation coordination and allowance support.
- Maintain accurate global mobility data and support data quality reviews.
- Assist with updates to operating procedures and process improvements.
- Participate in project work as assigned to ensure that internal processes that support programs are optimized and efficient.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 4+ years of experience related to international HR or global mobility. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Collaborative and service-oriented.
- Proactive problem-solver.
- Comfortable working within defined policies and procedures.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in global mobility.
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
- Experience supporting expatriates or international assignees.
- Familiarity with relocation and immigration vendors.
- Exposure to global mobility compliance concepts.
Leidos' Corporate HR team is looking for a Global Mobility Analyst to support the administration and execution of the company's global mobility programs, delivering a positive expatriate employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and host-country statutory requirements. This role partners closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and external vendors to support global assignments and international mobility activities.
In this role, you will focus on day-to-day global mobility operations, analytical support, and program coordination across the assignment lifecycle. The Global Mobility Analyst applies sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to help ensure mobility programs operate effectively, consistently, and in alignment with business needs.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
