      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Structure, design, and conduct primary and secondary research globally, including analysis of existing reports and data
      - Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders, farmers, small business owners, and supply chain actors
      - Develop analytical models and conduct quantitative analyses to support project development
      - Synthesize findings, deliver regular progress reviews, and author final deliverables
      - Manage junior team members and support new business development efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with professional experience at a management consulting firm
      - Strong command of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
      - Commitment to the mission of poverty reduction
      - Experience living and working in diverse communities
      - Willingness to travel to countries in Africa and/or Latin America for 2-4 week periods (up to ~25% travel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese
      - Experience in climate resilience or regenerative agricultural practices
      - Prior experience with multinational corporations in consulting roles
      - Familiarity with socio-economic issues in developing regions
