  Join our dedicated team at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines as a Greenskeeper, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the pristine condition of our golf course. If you have a passion for the outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing and Trimming: Operate mowers and string trimmers around trees, fence lines, banks, and hillsides to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Bunker Maintenance: Edge, rake, and maintain sand bunkers to provide optimal play conditions.
  • Greens Care: Mow greens using a self-propelled walk-behind greens mower, walk extensively, and repair ball marks and divots on greens.
  • Tee and Cup Setting: Set tee markers and cups on greens daily, remove debris, fill divots on tee and drop areas, and maintain flower beds.
  • Fairway Maintenance: Mow fairways, approaches, and other areas to maintain a well-groomed course.
  • Project Assistance: Assist in project work such as cutting and preparing soil base, laying sod, plugging, and repairing turf on greens.
  • Physical Requirements: Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed, and stand and walk for a significant portion of the scheduled shift.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate other light equipment as required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Able to withstand working outdoors in all weather conditions, especially in hot and humid
  • Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Must have open availability including on weekends & holidays
  • Two years’ prior experience in landscaping preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
