      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide services to State Government accounts and identify, qualify, and close new opportunities
      - Develop long-range planning and account penetration strategies to grow accounts
      - Participate in account planning processes, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts
      - Lead sales efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams
      - Monitor competition and recommend changes in products and services based on market insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of field sales experience, including at least 2 years with state agencies
      - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a growth organization
      - Strong experience in Federal Government procurement and writing competitive proposals
      - Ability to travel up to 20%
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Former director/deputy director/assistant secretary experience in Medicaid, SNAP, etc.
      - Government engagement experience, including understanding of procurement and funding processes
      - Skilled relationship builder with key stakeholders
      - Extensive knowledge of competitive landscape within large agency ecosystems
      - Experience using Salesforce
