What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide specialized cartoon illustration and character design support for communication initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with public affairs and multimedia designers to ensure message clarity.
- Develop original cartoon illustrations and comic-style graphics for print and digital media.
- Translate complex technical content into engaging cartoon visuals to simplify messaging.
- Prepare artwork for integration into larger multimedia projects, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer graphics, animation, fine arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in animation and design.
- Familiarity with scripting and storyboarding techniques.
- Ability to draw in a variety of styles and experience in character rigging and skeletal animation.
- Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling in animation.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with 3D animation and modeling is preferred.
- Associates degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in animation and design can substitute for a bachelor's degree.
