What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to capture market share in the insurance risk solutions sector
- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve revenue growth and client acquisition goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key prospects and lead negotiations with enterprise clients
- Collaborate with industry leaders to establish the employer as a market innovator
- Participate in industry events and contribute to the employer's senior leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of B2B Insurance Sales experience
- At least 10 years of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience with insurance carriers and solution providers
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling data solutions for risk and underwriting
- Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
