      As the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations, you are the architect of our talent incentive ecosystem. You will own the global strategy for compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, mobility, and HR systems. You'll report directly to our Chief People Officer.

      What You’ll Do

      • Architect the Strategy: Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy that balances market competitiveness with SeatGeek’s unique culture
      • Partner with executives & the Board: Act as a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO. You will lead the preparation for Compensation Committee meetings and design innovative equity programs that align with long-term shareholder value
      • Own financial Stewardship: Partner closely with Finance to build sophisticated models for merit cycles, promotions, and equity burn rates, ensuring we scale responsibly
      • Elevate the Employee Experience: You’ll ensure our team doesn't just receive a paycheck, but truly understands the value of their equity, benefits, and perks
      • Modernize HR Ops: Lead the charge in leveraging AI and automation to streamline HR Operations, making our internal processes as seamless as our fan-facing app
      • Empower the Team: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of compensation, benefits, and ops professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and data-driven empathy

      Who You Are

      • A Strategic Heavyweight: You have 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Management Consulting, with at least 5 years leading teams in a high-growth tech environment
      • An Equity Strategist & Modeler: You possess a deep, intuitive understanding of equity mechanics (RSUs, Options, etc.). You can effortlessly calculate and track burn rates, overhang, and dilution, translating complex cap table data into clear, actionable forecasts for the CFO and Board
      • Data-Obsessed: You’re a Sheets guru who sees the story behind the numbers. You use data visualization to make complex financial concepts digestible for non-technical stakeholders
      • An Equity Strategist & Modeler: You possess a deep, intuitive understanding of equity mechanics (RSUs, Options, etc.). You can effortlessly calculate and track burn rates, overhang, and dilution, translating complex cap table data into clear, actionable forecasts for the CFO and Board
      • An Agile Leader: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You can pivot from a board-level presentation to a granular payroll audit without losing your cool
      • A Clear Communicator: You’re willing to challenge the status quo and drive change, but do so thoughtfully and constructively. You turn HR-speak into human-centric communication

      The salary range for this role is $290,000 - $335,000 USD. This role is also equity eligible. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
