What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert guidance across all major Head Start content areas, including education, health, and social services
- Utilize OHS systems for tracking, documentation, and analysis of program data
- Support the development of customized solutions and specialized work plans for OHS
- Prepare summaries, data briefs, and presentations for OHS leadership
- Deliver training and briefings for senior management on key issues in early childhood services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in early childhood education, public administration, social sciences, public policy, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting Head Start/Early Head Start programs or federal early childhood initiatives
- 2+ years of experience supporting federal program initiatives or high-priority national projects
- 2+ years of experience providing training or technical assistance in early childhood services
- US government-issued security clearance required (will be initiated upon hire)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working within HHS, ACF, or OHS
- Deep knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards and operations
- Familiarity with real-time data systems such as Smartsheet
- Strong analytical skills with experience in program data and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
