      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide wellness screenings and health assessments to employees and spouses at their work locations across the U.S.
      - Deliver education and individual health coaching to employees and spouses
      - Conduct medical surveillance assessments such as audiograms and respiratory clearance tests
      - Collaborate with the wellness coordinator to implement and develop the wellness program
      - Maintain confidentiality of employee medical records and personal information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Paramedic
      - State Compact License (or ability to obtain)
      - CAOHC Certification (or ability to obtain)
      - Experience in Occupational Health and Wellness Programs
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with and knowledge of OSHA guidelines
      - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
      - Public speaking experience in large or small group settings
      - Excellent physical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
