      Job Description:

      Monitors and reviews incomplete medical records to ensure compliance with the Medical Staff Bylaws, Joint Commission and other governing body standards and contacts physicians/providers regarding incomplete medical records. Assists with medical record completion inquiries. Supports requests for release of health record information in compliance with regulatory requirements and Essentia protocols. Provides direct support to patients and their proxy’s for access to and use of the patient health record portal, MyChart. This includes education, minor technical support, and trouble shooting.

      Education Qualifications:

      Required Qualifications:

      • 1 year of experience working with electronic health records

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Completion of medical terminology course
