      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Extract, analyze, and report provider data across various business functions and systems
      - Participate in the Health Partner Lifecycle (HPLC) team to support provider data operations
      - Develop database structures and create reports for tracking and validation purposes
      - Act as Project Manager for selected HPLC initiatives and performance improvement plans
      - Coordinate activities related to provider network data management and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
      - Proficiency with Cognizant Facets Provider application
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and analytics/reporting tools like Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Managed care experience
      - Project management experience
      - Familiarity with Visio and PowerPoint
      - Working knowledge of provider data repositories and directories
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
