What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and conduct calls with internal and external stakeholders, providing ongoing consultation and customized work plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations and commercial resources to enhance health service utilization
- Prepare and deliver presentations to decision-makers and partner organizations regarding health services
- Track and analyze program results, identifying new opportunities within health promotion and quality improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement new health services products and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and professional presentation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and teamwork experience
- Commitment to comply with all organization policies and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health promotion, well-being, or quality improvement fields
- Familiarity with community health resources and programs
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
