Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Configuration Analyst with 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in provider experience, product configuration, and optimizing healthcare solutions. Experience with HealthEdge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain healthcare products based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product configurations with stakeholder needs.
Ensure product configuration supports provider experience and regulatory standards.
Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot configuration-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in product configuration in the healthcare industry.
Experience with provider experience and healthcare product setup.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
