What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct field travel with sales representatives, providing technical resources for Heat Transfer applications
- Collaborate with sales representatives and engineers to develop successful strategies for customer opportunities
- Strengthen long-term customer relationships during early sales cycle engagements
- Expand the existing customer base and portfolio of equipment purchases
- Maintain and utilize CRM software to build a comprehensive knowledge base of customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or ten (10)+ years of direct work experience
- At least six (6)+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
- Minimum five (5) years of field sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Heat Transfer industry and relevant equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Experience in process cooling and/or HVAC
- Proven ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptability to manage in a dynamic environment
