What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Close high-ticket PR contracts with monthly retainers ranging from $4K-$20K+
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and closing conversations with qualified prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, founders, and marketing leaders
- Master and apply the proven sales framework to consistently meet or exceed quotas
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the optimization of the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of quota achievement
- Experience in closing deals valued at $100K+ (annual contract value)
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative or solution selling, preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven success in roles with $200K+ OTE and demonstrated quota overachievement
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) with effective pipeline management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in agency or professional services sales
- Industry knowledge or relationships within the PR, marketing, or communications sectors
- Background in Series A-C startup or enterprise sales
- Track record of exceeding quota by 120% or more
- Strong objection handling and advanced closing skills
