What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical project supervision for high voltage (HV) and extra-high voltage (EHV) transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with project financials and client satisfaction
- Oversee and monitor engineering, design, and construction teams, managing project budgets and deliverables
- Develop project proposals including cost estimates, scopes of work, and execution plans for utility-scale electric transmission projects
- Establish technical and design review processes, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and compliance standards
- Coordinate project resources and subcontracting requirements, addressing any health and safety issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Power Systems, Civil), Engineering Technology, Science, or a related technical discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in project management for high voltage (HV) or extra-high voltage (EHV) electrical transmission projects
- Understanding of the A/E/C project delivery lifecycle with direct experience in HV/EHV transmission line projects
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on teamwork and leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
