- Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring project activities across multiple workstreams.
- Support project managers in preparing project charters, schedules, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
- Track key project metrics (scope, timeline, budget, risks, and issues) and escalate where required.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, dashboards, and presentations for project reviews.
- Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Pursuing Graduation /PG in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong academic performance.
- Internship or academic project experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
