      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Align technology solutions with business strategies to enhance operational efficiency
      - Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors
      - Proactively identify opportunities to apply technologies to business processes
      - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel
      - Support HIM EHR and related applications, including HIM Coding and HIM DMS applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working with IT
      - Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
      - Proficiency in project management concepts and execution of multiple projects
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
      - Experience in the strategic use of technology for business growth
      - Familiarity with HL7 standards
      - Proven track record in organizing and executing projects from vision through implementation
