What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support enterprise talent strategy initiatives such as performance management and leadership development
- Collect and analyze talent-related data to support workforce planning and development efforts
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for talent reviews and leadership discussions
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders on talent initiatives and projects
- Document talent management processes and identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in HR, talent management, analytics, or a related analyst role
- Experience working with HR systems and performance management tools
- Proficient in system configurations, workflows, and data migration
- Strong understanding of talent strategy metrics and data management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management and implementation of business requirements
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and report preparation
- Effective problem solver and independent contributor
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities
