      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and coordinate all aspects of international assignments, including relocation, immigration, and tax support
      - Provide guidance to stakeholders on policies, frameworks, and expatriate packages
      - Track expatriate employees and manage ongoing support for international assignments
      - Collaborate with relocation firms, outside vendors, and governmental agencies for assignment logistics
      - Develop and maintain documentation for tax, immigration, and relocation processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with third-party service providers (international, immigration, tax, or relocation vendors)
      - Previous experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, preferably in human resources, finance, or accounting
      - Strong understanding of global mobility policies and procedures
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a human resources-focused role, specifically related to global mobility
      - Familiarity with expatriate tax equalization and compensation packages
      - Background in working with government and international agencies related to immigration and relocation processes
