      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce standardized and ad-hoc reports on compensation trends, job evaluations, and salary structures
      - Conduct market pricing and benchmark comparisons to prepare compensation summaries
      - Develop KPIs, dashboards, and maintain reporting processes using SQL and other tools
      - Partner with HRIS and Payroll to ensure data accuracy and support payroll audits
      - Participate in departmental projects and maintain process documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university and three to five years of related experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of HRIS experience with a focus on data reporting and analytics
      - Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, including job structures and salary ranges
      - High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salary.com/CompAnalyst and market pricing tools
      - Familiarity with UKG Pro and its reporting/analytics capabilities
      - Knowledge of iCIMS or other recruiting software
      - Experience with MS Forms and Power Automate
      - Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
