      WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

      You will lead our HR team and our people agenda with focus on our plant location Straubenhardt with around 600 employees. In addition your team supports two smaller locations in Germany and two entities in Austria. Your scope includes the partnership with the plant leadership as well as with international leaders and their teams based locally.

      Besides your accountability for the delivery of HR day-to-day work, checking and modernizing processes you will feed into and launch global HR initiatives at local level considering organizational change and collective consultation requirements.

      You will partner with the site leadership as advisor and enabling function related to all people matters including addressing of market influences and trends. Besides that you collaborate with employee representatives and the nVent HR Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS and functional HR Business Partners across the globe.

      Leading and developing your team with six members will be a core responsibility because we believe that engaged people build success and an enjoyable workplace.

      YOU HAVE:

      • a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Law or comparable

      • strong English and German communication capabilities

      • extensive experience in HR in a manufacturing environment, ideally in an international matrix environment
