- Budget management – manage all aspects of the programme budget including actuals and forecasts
- Maintaining and creating MI packs including sending out weekly and monthly updates
- Supporting the project manager and the team, including taking on a mini projects
- Administrative work such as arranging meetings, taking notes on meetings, booking hotels for the team etc
- Previous experience working closely with implementation projects, ideally around time and attendance system
- Strong budget management skills within the project settings
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for data, including proficiency in using Excel
- The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines paired with ability to build effective relationships

We’re looking for a Time & Attendance Project Officer to join us on a fixed-term, 12 months contract. You will be working Monday to Friday, office hours, contracted from our head office in Northampton where you’d be required to visit once per week, the rest of your work time can be done remotely.
As a T&A Project Support, you will be assisting in the execution of the Time & Attendance Project implementation with a new system rollout - reaching approximately 200 sites across the UK. This would be mainly focused on the programme budget and compliance as well as administrative work as and when needed.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
