      Job Summary:
      Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter manages full life cycle recruiting for assigned areas, from initial posting of job requisitions through completion of all steps in the hiring and pre-boarding process, to ensure selected candidates meet hiring standards of Erlanger Health and the job description. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment and marketing plans to source the most qualified talent for Erlanger Health. The Recruiter will advise and assist hiring managers with selection decisions, and will present and negotiate salary offers with selected candidates. The Recruiter must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and provide excellent service to all customers, internal and external.

      Key Job Responsibilities:
      Builds and executes recruiting plans to source well-qualitied and diverse candidates from a variety of sources.

      Develop relationships with key leaders and understand the business and recruiting needs of assigned areas, including forecasting, new program development, etc. Uses data to guide decision making.

      Provides counsel to hiring managers in all areas of talent acquisition.

      Manage selection process to include screening, interviewing and assessing candidates

      Create and extend job offers to internal and external candidates. Handles all aspects of offer negotiation.

      Supports virtual and in person hiring events.

      Works closely with other TA and HR team members to adhere to pre-boarding practices

      Manages pre-boarding process for selected candidates and participates in process improvement work

      Education:
      Required:
      Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.

      Employees hired prior to March 7, 2018 have been grandfathered in.

      Two or more years of recruiting experience, or business operations leadership experience which includes responsibility for managing complex hiring processes, or a combination of experience and relevant education.

      For current Erlanger Health Human Resources team members, consideration may also be given to those who have one year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Human Resources team managing complex hiring and on-boarding processes.

      Preferred:
      Two years of recruitment experience on a high volume recruiting team.
      Healthcare Human Resources experience.
      Employment branding or employment marketing experience.
      PeopleSoft and Taleo experience.

      The Recruiter manages full life cycle recruiting for assigned areas, from initial posting of job requisitions through completion of all steps in the hiring and pre-boarding process, to ensure selected candidates meet hiring standards of Erlanger Health and the job description. The Recruiter will serve as an internal consultant to hiring managers, proactively partnering with them to analyze and prepare for future hiring and business needs.

      The Recruiter performs difficult, complex, technical and/or specialized office support work, which requires the exercise of independent judgment, the application of technical skill and a detailed knowledge of the activities and procedures specific to the department or positions assigned.

      The Recruiter will maintain knowledge of employment law, compliance and regulatory standards and requirements.

      The Recruiter must be familiar with the organization and its Human Resources policies in order to discuss wages, benefits, working conditions, and promotional opportunities with candidates.

      The Talent Acquisition team ensures that Human Resources standards for accrediting organizations are being met throughout Erlanger Health.

      The Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment and marketing plans to source the most qualified talent for Erlanger Health. The Recruiter will screen applicants and refer well-qualified applicants to hiring managers. The Recruiter will advise, and assist hiring managers with selection decisions and will present and negotiate salary offers with selected candidates.

      Recruiters demonstrate a high level of professionalism and provide excellent service to all customers, internal and external. The Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring reference, education and licensure verification (when applicable) and other background screens required by the organization's hiring standards or the job description are completed on selected candidates. The Recruiter will also assist managers with general Human Resources questions.

      The Recruiter will be competent analyzing and approving associate status changes relevant to employment.

      Other responsibilities include attending local and regional career fairs/college recruiting events as needed or assisting with special projects as necessary. The Recruiter must present him/herself in a professional manner at all times and exhibit positive interpersonal and communication skills even when confronted with adversity.

      The Recruiter should possess the ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines as well as demonstrate and promotes a team spirit. Must possess the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. Demonstrates knowledge of computer software such as PeopleSoft, Taleo and MS Office.
