What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between Human Resources and specific business units, providing leadership and consultation
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR expertise
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to leadership
- Deliver timely and accurate HR services, including performance management support and HR policy guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in HR Generalist or equivalent role
- 3+ years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
- Deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices and employee relations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS) or related software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, or related field
