What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of talent management and compensation projects
- Assist with the configuration and integration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Help administer and integrate new compliance training products
- Update materials and documents related to programs using PowerPoint, Word, or Adobe products
- Maintain the department's SharePoint and Microsoft Teams pages
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources or a related field
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior status
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time with minimal supervision

- Experience in SharePoint
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Process-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Experience working effectively in a team environment
