      Join our INW Service Team to make an impact! We are currently looking for a experienced/licensed HVAC Technicians to join the McKinstry team. The technicians will bring 5+ years of experience in performing service, operating checks and maintenance on Commercial HVAC systems.

      The role offers the chance to work closely with McKinstry’s service team and externally with internal and external customers.

      Day-to-day responsibilities include:

      · Partnering with McKinstry’s internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are being met.

      · Providing maintenance, service retrofits and energy upgrades to commercial HVAC systems

      · Consult with clients regarding issues uncovered while servicing HVAC systems.

      This is a union position through Local 44 and Local 55 with the opportunity to grow and develop in the trade.
