Job Description
- Req#: 804
- Work with IT and business units to define and develop enterprise access roles. Create dynamic processes to maintain those roles and develop new roles as necessary.
- Implement and maintain identity and access management technical solutions including interacting with vendor support and configuring solutions to fit the needs of the business.
- Use technical solutions to facilitate identity and access management processes including access reviews, privileged access management, and provisioning and deprovisioning logical access.
- Use IAM technology and automation tools to automate access management tasks
- Collaborate with a strong team of IT and cybersecurity professionals to implement security controls in alignment with regulatory and industry requirements and security best practices
- Be part of an incident response team investigating technical and non-technical security events including taking steps to mitigate those events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience in information technology or cybersecurity.
- Significant experience in identity and access management including technical implementation/maintenance of IAM tools.
- Experience with automation tools or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ansible.
- Good communication and organizational skills to define business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- A good understanding of information security best practices and their applicability to effective management of information risk.
- IAM, Cybersecurity, or IT certifications preferred.
SHAZAM is looking for an identity and access management engineer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our cybersecurity and IT teams to lead efforts to create an enterprise role-based access control model, and implement and maintain technical IAM solutions.

Annual salary starting at $98,900 to $130,000*
*Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
