What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage all aspects of the employer’s immigration program, ensuring compliance with global immigration laws
- Oversee global mobility processes, including international assignments and relocations
- Act as the primary adviser for immigration and relocation needs, collaborating with employees and external counsel
- Manage visa petitions and work permits, ensuring timely and compliant filings with external counsel
- Track and report on mobility program metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, and/or compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) certification
- Experience with employment law and its application in a global context
